This is best nail salon I have ever gone to. From the first time(maybe 3 years ago) that I came to Painted M Nails I have absolutely LOVED my nails every single time. Maggie is so talented at her craft. She gives me exactly what I want every single time. Because a hairstylist it’s hard for my nails to last longer than two weeks but I’ve never had any issue since I started coming to Maggie. Sitting in her chair you definitely know she has many years of experience. Not only that, she is such a kind, genuine, hardworking person. I will never go anywhere else for my nails!

If you want to get your nails done at the best salon on LI, this is THE place! I’ve been going to this salon for over two years and always leave with the most amazing, beautiful nails! The artists are all qualified and the fact that they can do any new trend of nail art and do it well is what makes them stand out above all other typical LI salons. I usually get a nude color, almond or coffin shaped, but I spruce up my choices for special events. It’s so awesome to show a reference pic and hear “of course we can do that.” The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and the workers and owner are extremely nice. My nails (UV gel) have stayed on for 6 weeks before I got a refill, without breaking or looking dull. I’m very specific and have very high standards for how I like my nails to look, and I’ve received the most compliments from various strangers about my nails after I get them done here, even six weeks after I get them done! I’ve traveled for months to rush back to this salon once I land back in NY, it’s like my hands don’t feel complete at this point unless I head to Painted M for my refill. Their pedicures are wonderful too. Customer service is also top notch. If you are looking for a place to get your nails done for a wedding, holiday, birthday, or just on a regular basis, don’t hesitate to pick this salon! The owner came from owning a business in the city and her clients travel here because they won’t go to anyone else. Loyalty at its finest. After the intricate care and fantastic service I’ve gotten here for the past few years, I get it!

This is the second time I've come here after trying a few other places in the area, and I came back because they did such a good job the 1st time compared to all the other places I've been. Then this time they did a marvelous job again. Sometimes after I get my nails done, I don't want to look at them, but I can't stop looking at my nails! You can tell that there is care and time put into the nails. I got a gel French manicure, and they use the little brush to put it on just right instead of taking the polish off with a brush. This makes the line so crispy. My nails are so perfect and precise. I'm officially never going anywhere else!!

So I've been trying out nails salons for the last 6 months and all have been trash. I live in the city and decide to give the place a try because of the reviews. I was skeptical at first because I've been to places with good reviews and it was still terrible 🙄 The place is beautiful & clean. Maggie did my nails and did an amazing job! Her vibe was also dope as well. I showed her a photo and she was able to mimic it perfectly. I also did my feet and my feet feel like a baby's bottom. I already can't wait to come back for my fill in . Oh and the prices were reasonable.

I’ve been a customer of Maggie’s for over 5 years. Every time she brings my ideas to life and has such a welcoming and helpful staff. I’m so happy to watch her business grow as she perfects her talent!
